Cocco’s Coffee crafts and sells packed instant coffee powder made from perfectly roasted arabica beans. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

4. Purchases & Payments

All orders must be placed through your registered account. We accept only online payments through the available payment gateways on the website. Cash on delivery is not available. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping Policy

Cocco’s Coffee delivers orders only within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only if an order is cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds will be processed.
